The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is situated next to a beautiful river. The hotel's own restaurant was a pleasant surprise, offering delicious meals. The hotel is located in the best area of El Puerto, ensuring a safe and enjoyable stay for guests. Additionally, the hotel provides a great opportunity to explore the local area and its attractions.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel. Some of the furniture in the rooms has seen better days.

We had great stay for English language visit at this nice apartment. The staff was very really kind and great. Rooms were lovely with a washing machine, single bedroom, as for instance, thoroughly enjoyed to be here. Pool area looked heated.

We stayed 1 night here, nonetheless it was a really enjoyable experience. The staff was efficient and competent throughout the stay. A hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, and bath sheets were available. It had a great and quiet setting near to the beach, the centre of the town, and the beautifull gardens❤😃

Comfortable apartment, small pool steps away, well-kept grounds, helpful staff, spacious.

We were able to visit the Real Club de Golf Vista Hermosa and the Real Plaza de Toros de El Puerto de Santa Maria. The golf club was amazing and we had a blast playing a round of golf. After that, we headed to the bullring to watch some bullfighting, it was such an adrenaline rush! The best part is that the apartments offer a babysitting service, so our younger siblings were well taken care of while we enjoyed our activities.

The only thing we wished for was more nightlife options for young party-goers. It would have been great if there were some clubs or bars nearby where we could have gone out and had a good time.

We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom apartment, which had a larger kitchen that we greatly appreciated. The staff were helpful and the regular buses into town made exploring easy. Additionally, there were great restaurants nearby for those who prefer to stay local. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The apartment I stayed in was absolutely amazing! I loved the private bathroom with a bathtub and the complimentary toiletries. It made me feel so pampered and relaxed. The fact that there were 45 apartments available with one or two bedrooms was perfect for my needs. I wanted something spacious and comfortable, and this place delivered. Having a fully furnished kitchen was a game-changer. I could cook my own meals and save money while enjoying the comforts of home. The apartment was perfectly soundproof, which was great for me as I value my peace and quiet. I could just unwind without any disturbances.

Personally, I would have liked if there was a balcony in my unit. However, I understand that not everyone may want one, so it's just my subjective preference.

The traditional Spanish cuisine at the hotel's restaurant was simply exquisite, and the hydrotherapy center was a true oasis of relaxation. I also enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, as well as exploring the vibrant local gastronomy and beautiful sandy beaches.

Oh well, there were really NO problems at all. Everything was just perfect!

I had a positive experience and would consider returning for my next vacation. Cons: No 👎.

The apartment interiors are getting 'old' but the grounds are beautiful. The breakfast is good and the restaurant only opened on the last night of our stay. The bathroom was nice, rooms spacious, and balcony a sweet touch. The pool is small but nice and the grounds are well-maintained.
